I wasnt going to complain but unfortunately lately this location has been slacking. I came in early today with an online order thinking it would be ready to grab . They had 4 girls working zero customers and i had to wait for my drinks to be made because they didn’t know I had drinks. I totally understand things happen but i had to wait for thesr drinks to be made which caused me being late to work. The strawberries on my bowl were disgusting and you can tell they went bad. It’s unfortunate i now cannot stop on my way to work because this location is unreliable. I love the açaí and pitaya bowl from the Playa bowl. However, for the third time in a row, I'm not well attended by the employees. They always add unordered things and remove what they shouldn't. This Sunday, 05/21, I sat for 20 minutes waiting for my request, which was lost by the employee, who at the moment was joking with the others. When I questioned the delay, I didn't receive an apology, nothing. Not that the work environment should be a place without a good coexistence, but the client should be taken more seriously.
Do not go to the Playa bowls in East Brunswick NJ. for some reason theydont make their bowls like other locations. Last ones I purchased were 3/4 full at best. I ordered 4 different bowls and one had so much honey it was like glue, another one had no granola in it. as you can see one had a few strawberries and not even set up, just thrown in the bowl The 1st time i went there I had them.fix it, this time someone else picked them up, what a big Waste od 47. 00..Never again at this location.
The food was good at first, but recently their service has become slow, and the bananas were bitter and tough. My girlfriend and I tried to return the food after waiting for 40 minutes, but they were uncooperative. They eventually said they would refund me, but it never actually went through.

how many favorite bowl at playa bowls is the Nutella. I love the mixed fruit with him, fresh fruit, peanut butter, and tell her I love it all. It reminds me of a warm summer day. My only suggestion would be that pliable should offer a kids bowl.
Always a great experience! They never get my orders wrong, and the fruits are always fresh and delicious. There are so many amazing flavors to choose from. I've never disliked any of the bowls or smoothies I've tried.
The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. It definitely makes it easier to skip the burger joint and opt for healthier choices instead!
I absolutely loved my first time going to PB!! I am California girl, so my expectations are high!!! And Playa Bowls definitely is #1 in NJ!!! Loved my coco berry bowl!!! Yummy!!!!!Food: 5/5

Our bowls were fantastic! We really enjoy ordering from the East Brunswick location. Our order was prepared and delivered to us incredibly quickly, which was impressive!
