Picked up 2 of the same bowls on Sunday one was to have gluten free granola and the other wasn 't. They forgot to label which was which, so I took one and they remade another that would have gluten free granola. They went to put it back in the bag again after it was made and it was unlabeled... I asked for a label and noticed that they added cacao nibs and walnuts even though I requested to have it without them because I do not care for them. After waiting for my bowl to be remade the first time, I decided to just take it wrong because they didn 't seem too thrilled to make another one. I was told I could just scoop it off the top . It’s a Friday night, I ordered a little over 2 hours before closing. Playa bowl was an absolute soup consistency and on top of that the staff seems annoyed to even be there working. Terrible food serving quality, customer service and on top of that $13! Mind blowing…. Save your money and either go to a better location or make your own at home.

I love the açaí bowls at this restaurant! The Nutella one is my favorite. The service is excellent, with a rating of 5. The food is also a 5 and the atmosphere is a 5 as well.

Playa Bowls is always yummy. Sometimes it will vary how much fruit you get how it’s cute depending on who makes it i suppose
