Went there for dinner, family of four. We called ahead and they said to expect about a 30 minute wait, not a problem. After waiting and being seated nobody came to take our drink order, check on us, nothing. Many other people were sat after us, including large groups. After 20 minutes and the third group of 5+ people being sat after us, having a waiter come to their table and take their order, we decided to leave. I don't leave many 1 star reviews, but this place earned theirs.
We loved to come here year round. Especially in the summer as the deck and view is fantastic. The service the last time we where here this past week was poor. We waited for about an hour for a burger, fish sandwich and a beef on a weck. For 3 people to wait that long when it was half full is a bit. The food was warm and was just ok. I am hoping they are working on some staffing issues. Service: 3
I booked a room here for two nights (over the phone) to attend a wedding, the wedding was canceled 5 days prior to it. I called right away to cancel, only to find out they refused to refund my money! Saying it was in their policy, again I booked it by phone, they never told me that it was nonrefundable nor did they send me anything so how was I supposed to know? They are crooks! Rooms: 1
Had Seafood Newburg. I would call it a risotto. It was just ok. The bisque was awesome. No veggies no bread served with meal. So al la cart. Pasta dishes are large. Could easily spilt for 2. Great view. Service: 5 Location: 5 Réservez une table maintenant
Get there early for a table on the deck. Beautiful views. We had a table tucked away in the corner which was very nice. I enjoyed the shrimp cocktail and a tortellini dish. I look forward to visiting again next summer!
I visited for a birthday dinner, and the meal was fantastic. The lunches are still excellent as well. The food and service are both superb. Location rating: 5/5.
I only frequent the restaurant. Usually always good... One of the best burgers I've had in a while this trip, but service was a little slow this time. Service: 3
