If you like a long wait for service, If you ever get service. This is a place to go and relax and catch up on the local gossip. While waiting for service and your food to be cooked. If you're not in a hurry and want to hang out with your friends, this is the place for you. It's more of a locals spot. Not a fast food, in and out restaurant. I had grits, scrambled eggs, toast, and bacon. It was all good. Except for the bacon. It tasted like the cracklin bacon. I don't prefer it. However, some do. This is a good place to go on a leisure kind of day. Kid-friendliness: It's a family type atmosphere. Old fashioned feel.
The restaurant is located 34 minutes away from my house on 411. They serve delicious family food, including fried chicken, green cabbage, and sweet potato casserole. I regret not taking a picture of the meal because it was so good. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 5 out of 5.
