I can't rave enough about how nutritious, delicious and just plain cute the food truck and smoothie bowls are! Do check out the PLNT BSD smoothie bowl food truck, primarily based in WBL. Caroline, owner/entrepreneur puts creativity and love into each healthy bowl. Convenient, healthy and a darling little spot to sit outside and enjoy your treat. Do check out this little gem and tell your friends. My fave was the pina colada bwl. Kids just love the sparking mermaid bwl. Just my 2 cents. :
The restaurant is now open on Fridays from 9am to 3pm and during market festivals starting in June 2022. I initially walked past the food truck without realizing it, but then went back to find it later. It was a delicious stop with a variety of smoothies and bowls. I tried the berry bliss bowl and some power bites, both of which were yummy!
The smoothie bowls at this restaurant are absolutely perfect in both appearance and taste. The servings are generous, the presentation is beautiful with edible glitter, and the atmosphere is positive and spotlessly clean. The shop is charming with outdoor seating.

Back open Fridays 9-3 and from June 2022. I accidentally passed the food truck without notice and then made a trip back to find it later! Tasty stop with smoothies and bowls. The berry was lucky and some power bits. Yum!
