we were there to eat yesterday and received two champignon-frame carvings that were not edible (meat extremely hard). this was courtesy of the service, which told us that complaints at eating are only accepted at the reception!? at the reception we were received directly extremely unfriendly. on demand whether it would be possible to get a new meal, we only got the statement that the other meat would taste the same and that no food would have come back. with this statement was then also adopted into the kitchen again. we asked the service again to the table to get the two carvings for the kitchen back. the service asked if another food would be desired, then please order directly at the kitc...
