Poblano's Mexican Grill

This was my first time in this restaurant and it wasn't good at all. My food was really good, but my friend dinner was terrible and everything wasn't even coming. The service was terrible because our waitress Alejandra was not polite after my friend complained about his food. It almost seemed like when he sent his food back, she felt like we were no more important table! Then she had another waitress bringing us the ticket, then we had to get the manager to repair the ticket because we were charged for food that we never received and food sent back, then when she brought us the right ticket she dropped it on our table as she went past!! Drop the table! Didn't even stop the courtesy and give us the check or put it gently on the table! Go literally and drop the check on the table! I will definitely not come back!

Lost. The gentleman who seemed like the manager was very friendly. The atmosphere was very sweet, especially the input LEDs. As for my food, the Burrito was the great Juan FANTASTIC. Tacos? Eh, how they cook the chicken was not my preference. It was more on the 'only cooked' large, long chicken stall. I like my chicken a little cooked and in smaller pieces. But the salsa verde was great! Chimichanga tasted...healthy? I had expected it to be faster food tasting, which was okay, but I wished it hit me like the Burrito. Chips and salsa were good? will try again

We didn't even try the food, we sat after we waited for a time, our waitress finally came to drinking orders. Still waiting, I asked about chips and salsa that were discarded and then I watched the time we were never asked about appetizers or when we were ready to order (what we were).... After I was there so long and the restaurant was so empty, we landed on leaving because the customer service was simply not there.... what was disappointing because I was looking forward to trying this place.

Came with a big group last Friday. Got excited a bit because it was our first time there. First tried the chips. It was so-so. Like it was stale, not fresh or just like they opened up a chip bag. Then I order the fish fillet and my husband the burrito. Food had no flavoring and dry. Thought this would be a new place to eat but won't be going back

Awesome service and great fajitas for two. They have the best homemade guacamole in Gwinnett County and perhaps the ATL area.
