It was an extremely busy Sunday morning, so I can understand the delay in receiving our food. However, that doesn't excuse the fact that the kid's chicken mayo sandwich contained only chicken and butter. When I raised this issue with the staff, they simply brought out a bottle of mayo for us to add ourselves to the SANDWICH, which was priced at £5.50. I was quite disappointed with my experience.
