I've tried many poke bowls in the Santa Clarita Valley, and Poke Bar is one of my favorites. They offer a wider selection of protein and toppings compared to other poke spots, and I really appreciate that they have brown rice available. The restaurant itself is clean, spacious, and well-lit. One of the best features is that they minimize plastic use, and any plastic they do use is compostable. I’m happy to support a business that cares about its environmental impact. Plus, the food is delicious! I will definitely return!
