This store seems to be running by little kids that had no idea of what are they?re doing. They?re always messing up the orders. For the past month we had to call the store after we had placed the order just to make sure they read everything that we order and to remind them to include the extra sauce. Even after they had confirmed everything, they still forget to include one or two ingredients. The few times that they got the order right, we still had to called them and tell them that the amount of ingredients were wrong. Tonight we called again after placing the order and they didn?t tell us that they had ran out plastic bowls and instead we got the food in one of those square cartons and wh...
Amazing. We have had Poke before but not like this. Clean, large portions, great price, fresh ingredients. We had friends over for dinner on Saturday. We all were blown away. We, GF and I, ordered again on Monday because it was almost addictive. BEYOND THAT... Raven, the staff member that we dealt with on both occasions. Friendly, professional, adorably personable. We had many questions and special requests. She accepted all in stride and made us believers of the Oviedo, Pokeworks. In todays climate, it is rare to get customer service the way we did with Raven. I really wanted this place to be my new poke spot. But i feel like I can get more for my money at a sit down restaurant. I got two bowls for about $35. The people helping us seemed out of it. They skimped on the ingredients of our bowls. The bowls looked half full. At the bare minimum they should add more rice, so from a customer standpoint it feels like you're getting your money's worth. It's pretty much what 5 guys does with their fries. The food was okay though. Nothing wrong with the ingredients themselves. Just really wish it filled the bowl. Their poke bowls are great, went in tonight excited to get one. The two girls working there were very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food lol. I was kind and had a smile the whole way but they were very unpleasant. I even tipped. After getting my food I went back inside because I saw they now have boba drinks. When I went back inside to order one they rolled their eyes and were asking each other “can you make it, I don’t feel like it.” Anyways I took one sip of the drink while in my car and spit it out because it was disgusting. I went to Pokeworks in Oviedo to try out their PokeBowls for the first time. Let’s just say I was blown away with how the food tasted, and how clean the place was. The bathrooms smelled like Vanilla! The employees Ayah and Taylor were very helpful and friendly. Ayah gave great recommendations and has great communication when answering my questions. I really enjoyed dining here and will definitely be returning. 10/10 highly recommend! Ill never understand not having sushi rice in a poke bowl. But I did notice I got significantly less rice than I normally get, and Ive ordered quite a lot. Normally its almost too much rice and this time it wasnt enough rice. Its still delicious just weird that the cheapest ingredient in the bowl was less quantity than normal.
It was our first time there and we really enjoyed it. The manager was insanely nice and offered us help if we needed it. The bowl I got was very good, I really liked the spicy tuna. The variety in options was pretty great as it gave me more to try with my bowl. Overall a good first experience :
Great food and the best customer service. My Doordasher took off and brought the wrong order. Pokeworks gave us the right order and gave us a free role, although it was not their fault.
