2.5 stars... Surprisingly not good. No issues with staff or the place. Both felt normal for the 2 stars. 0.5 star for price (if the food tasted good a 1). Missing 2 stars comes from the expectation of taste from the food. I ordered some kind of herr fretzl (hope I remembered correctly) and pancakes. I had just finished a half marathon, so I was hungry. It came, I salivated at how it looked and went right in. The herr F. was soooooo much bread and so little ham, cheese and egg, I ran out of water trying to get it down. It was somehow bland from the lack of butter or proper balance of ingredients. Even with salting and peppering it nothing could save it. Then there are the eggs. I don't get wh...

Ich möchte erstens sagen, dass wir dieses Lokal seit mehreren Jahren jeden Sommer besuchen. Leider, ist uns Heuer aufgefallen, dass die Portionen deutlich kleiner geworden sind, die Preise aber weiterhin ziemlich hoch sind. Die Qualität der Produkte (z.B. das Brot, die Eier, Schinken, Salami und Käse) ist sehr hoch, und das schmeckt man auch bei jedem Biss. Die Bedienung war auch heuer sehr langsam und es wurden teilweise auch Leute vor uns bediente, die erst nach unserer Bestellung sich hingesetzt haben. Wasser für unseren Hund, an einem heißen Sommertag, wurde auch nicht gebracht.

After walking around the little medieval streets of Krems/Stein, we spontaneously stopped at Poldi Fitzka for lunch. We sat at the terrace under a shade and from there, we could enjoy a performance taking place across the street at the Kunst Halle. The food was very good. Drinks too. Service was very friendly, as always. A good nice break on a Summer afternoon!

Nach dem KARIKATUREN Museum waren wir dort (da gleich daneben) essen. Hervorragend Service,Ambiente und vor allem die Speisekarte hervorragend. Sogar eine vorzügliche Vegane Speisenauswahl. Nur zu empfehlen!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Réservez une table maintenant
