I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your restaurant. On [06/28/2024], I visited your establishment and encountered an issue with one of your staff members. During my visit, I requested to purchase a combo meal without any sides. However, the staff member serving me was insistent that I add sides to my order, despite my clear preference. When I politely reiterated that I only wanted the combo, the staff member became noticeably rude and accused me of being difficult. Yesterday I went for the first time and I was guided by the time here 9PM since I wanted to eat at the restaurant. I arrived at 7:45PM and they told me that there were only takeout orders because they were going to close. While they were delivering my order there were people who were just serving it. So I don't know why we couldn't eat there? 5 minutes later, about 8 people arrived and had to leave since they also wanted to eat in the restaurant but they could no longer be served. I supported this business since it first opened. Now I will nomore. Came here got on line, the ladies behind the counter were joyfully serving another Spanish customer, laughing and talking their language. Once I got to the register the lady taking my order all of a sudden had an attitude. I ordered my food and told her it was to stay, she still put my food on a bag. After sitting down I came back and asked for some napkins, she gave me one napkin. Her whole demeanor screamed ?we don?t want you here?.

Gilbert the manager was upset I had a bad experience he has just taken over. When I went in there today you have to be buzzed in excellent security upgrade. But he remembered me and stood on principle and re did my entire order. I think he’s just what this location needed. I will be back
