Yesterday I went for the first time and I was guided by the time here 9PM since I wanted to eat at the restaurant. I arrived at 7:45PM and they told me that there were only takeout orders because they were going to close. While they were delivering my order there were people who were just serving it. So I don't know why we couldn't eat there? 5 minutes later, about 8 people arrived and had to leave since they also wanted to eat in the restaurant but they could no longer be served. After reaching out to customer service, I was connected with the manager, Mr. Gilbert, who promptly addressed my concerns. Mr. Gilbert was attentive and eager to ensure that the mistake would not be repeated, and he provided a satisfactory resolution to the issue. I always enjoy visiting Pollo Campero for their delicious offerings, clean environment, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere. This restaurant is impeccably clean. The service was outstanding, featuring staff who were attentive to the needs of the customers. They were extremely polite and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, particularly the chicken—it was the best I’ve ever had! The yuca fries were also excellent, boasting a crispy outside and a tender inside. I will definitely return to this restaurant and highly recommend that you give it a try!

Gilbert the manager was upset I had a bad experience he has just taken over. When I went in there today you have to be buzzed in excellent security upgrade. But he remembered me and stood on principle and re did my entire order. I think he’s just what this location needed. I will be back
The location was clean, staff is very friendly. The fried chicken is delicious, definitely hit the spot. Only complaint would be that the rice was under-seasoned for my taste and kind of dry
I really enjoy free-range chicken; it reminds me of my hometown in El Salvador. I highly recommend giving it a try.
