Every time I go to this pollo campero and order food there is always something missing, for intense 3 pieces of chicken or 2 sides instead of 3 or 4 and yes I always ask how many sides the combo has, this time they only game me fries on my 12 piece combo, I call customer service but they always transfer you and no one picks up.Food: 1/5
Food was overall what you expect from this chain but he service needs to be better. Alejandra some employees kicked out a homeless man whom I paid his meal saying it’s some policy…told her he wasn’t some animal but the poor man just left instead of making a scene….place needs better service
Great service, awful food. 5 stars are for customer service only. The staff was helpful, cheerful and friendly even though they were busy. The chicken and yucca fries were overcooked and hard to chew.Food: 1/5
I recently visited the Pollo Campero in Takoma at 2:16 PM and was quite disappointed. They were out of chicken breasts and yuca sides. Overall, it was a letdown. Food rating: 1/5. Réservez une table maintenant
I asked the drive-thru attendant to cook my chicken well done, but she said they couldn't cook it that thoroughly. Also, the bread I got had black spots on it.
This place is ghetto. The cashiers don't speak any English and they will put anything in your bag and get mad when you want your order corrected.
I saw the 20-piece meal advertised online for $47 plus tax, but when I visited the restaurant, they charged me $60 plus tax. What a rip-off!
