So I was excited about Pollo Depot opening because the places around here are usually chain restaurant garbage. And my friends, this is worth the hype. Their chicken is so juicy, always hot. Their yucca is crunchy, salad is fresh. This is my second time here and the quesadilla is so good. And the portion sizes? If you read a review that says they give small portions, they?re either lying or impossible to satisfy. The portions are enormous. Well worth the money but honestly
I love Peruvian chicken and I was siked to see this place was opening so close to my home. I stopped in today and got a half chicken meal. The food was on point and so was the staff. The restaurant is spacious and clean as well. They have a big empty bar in the back. I would love it if the served drinks. This space would also be great for live music or even something like Spanish dance classes. Just sayin. Definitely will order from here again.
This unassuming spot completely impressed me with how juicy and flavorful their chicken is. At first glance, the dark color of their chickens made me think they'd be dry from cooking—but I was wrong. Each bird is brined and marinated for more than a day, which makes all the difference. After my first takeout order, I even called the store just to find out their secret because it was that delicious.
Their chicken and red potatoes are absolutely phenomenal!! The staff is friendly, the food is great, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. They also have a brand new liquor store called 365 liquor which also have a great selection of beer, wine, and liquor. I?d highly recommend these guys for all your drinks and food. The food at Pollo Depot is outstanding, but the warm and friendly atmosphere truly stands out. I really value visiting a place where they genuinely appreciate having me as a customer. Update: I stopped by on February 10th and saw a closed sign. I hope it's just temporary because this is a wonderful spot with great people.
Stopped by Pollo Depot for a quick meal, and wow! The chicken was extremely moist, down to the bone. I got the half white with 2 sides and was not disappointed. Portions were very generous and authentically seasoned. I?ve been to a number of Peruvian-styled chicken place and these guys just do it better. I will be back!
I have been by this restaurant since it's been open but never went in until yesterday. My lord, how my life changed!! I went again today and don't feel guilty. The chicken is amazing. The service is fast. It's clean and friendly and great all around. 4/5 stars because they need a rewards program. Réservez une table maintenant
