This place once used to be great when they first opened but now everything has changed. The customer service changed the food changed it’s just sad. The food taste bad now I ordered macaroni and cheese and the cheese look like it was straight up water just disgusting. When I first arrived no one was at the front. Then I noticed you had to ring a bell in order for them to service you. This place went from pollo oro to pollo garbage.

I had a very disappointing experience with the cashiers at this grocery store. On October 9, 2023, at 10:30 AM, the woman who helped me was on the phone and her attitude was quite rude. It's disheartening because I used to be a regular customer here. I urge you to address this issue, as such poor service can drive customers away.

I really cannot recommend this place for dining. Also, be careful in your interactions with the staff and in choosing your orders. Wishing you a blessed day, and I suggest you save your time and go elsewhere. By the way, I was surprised to be served on a broken tray. Réservez une table maintenant

Thieves. I ordered a quarter of a chicken breast, and when I got home, I found that the breast was cut in half. You should be ashamed of yourselves for doing this to your customers while knowing we're paying full price. Don't eat here. They are dishonest and crooks.

Bad costumer service! The lady that took my order was mean not professional at all! We requested to talk to a manager and she said somebody at the store was the manager, which was false. I would like to the manager

This restaurant has really declined over the years! Three years ago, it was fantastic, but now it's quite disappointing. They often forget to include items in my order, and I've just decided to stop going.
