I'll be honest, if my parents didn't tell me about this place, I would have kept overlooking it. But I'm so glad I know about this place now because it is a great find.This place is open from 11:30am 3pm and 5pm 10pm (11pm on Fridays and Saturdays). Be mindful of that time gap when they're closed because I made that mistake once which was completely my fault.My family and I came right when they opened up for the second half of the day. I love eating here. There's a blackout in concord so we were nervous this was going to be closed as well but thankfully not. We decided to try completely different dishes so we could get a better feel of the restaurant and they did not disappoint. The jjamppong was so rich and spicy and was a pretty decent size. The corn cheese was ooey-gooey and went great on top of our chicken. The service was really great. The servers were checking on all the tables making sure they had everything. Pollo pollo is a great place for comforting Korean food! The restaurant is small but the inside is nicely decorated with warm lighting. Our servers were also very nice and attentive whenever we needed utensils and takeout boxes.My favorite dish was the cheese corn as it was nice and stretchy and it paired well with the spicy rice cakes and tangy kimchi fried rice. The fried chicken was also crispy and juicy. Definitely coming back!
