Went there 4/19 around 11pm, the service was bad, they don't no how to speak English there, second the food was dry and old, chicken was dry and hard and the rice had a bunch of dry rice from old rice that has been recycled thru out the day. The manager needs a re training. She was not able to fix my order that her cashier ruined and on top of that she didn't make sure the order was right knowing we had been waiting longer than usual already. The cherry on top of the cake is that even after redoing my order twice they still got my order wrong... unacceptable. I recommend going to another pollo tropical this one is ran by people who aren't dedicated and don't care about your food, don't waste...
