I discovered this restaurant while browsing a list of "Things to do in Littleton, NH". I was camping in Bethlehem, NH and woke up early to beat the crowds. I had heard that it can get busy, but I arrived before the rush. The menu featured meat, eggs, cheese, and other non-vegan options, which may not be suitable for vegans or herbivores. My friend wanted to go to this place, so I went along. I expected to have toast or a bagel with peanut butter and a side of fruit. But I decided to ask my server if the pancakes had any dairy/eggs. He said they could make them vegan! I ordered one pancake with walnuts, one with coconut, and one with blueberries. They were yummy! The potato pancakes can also be made vegan upon request and were phenomenal, especially when paired with the maple pepper. However, I would advise against trying the maple cream as it contains a small amount of milk cream. This restaurant offers the best vegan breakfast we've ever had. The blueberry pancakes were sweet and fluffy, and the potato pancakes were perfectly seasoned. The pure maple syrup added the perfect touch of deliciousness. It's highly recommended to make reservations, as this popular restaurant with spectacular views can have a long wait.
