Went there for the 1st and now last time. Walked in to a festive atmosphere and sat at the bar. There was a birthday party at the bar and their food looked amazing. Bartender came right over and asked if we knew what we wanted to drink as he gave us menus. I saw a box for a bottle of Blantons Bourbon and asked if they had some. The bartender said yes, we ordered 2 neat. 2 generously poured glasses came neat with glasses of water on the side. We ordered an amazing flatbread and a philly cheese steak. Both came out piping hot and looking amazing. Being stuffed, we asked for the check. When the check arrived, I was gobsmacked to see an $8 upcharge, surcharge, tariff.... whatever you wish to cal...
Ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. The sticks themselves were good, the marinara was completely bland, like someone had shown it a picture of tomato sauce. I thought of ordering the fish and chips but after being told they're frozen (I get it, we're an hour from the sea, but you could still do fresh), I got a burger instead. Og all the burgers I've ever had, this was one of them. The bun was good, burger needed more seasoning. The service was good, inside is what you would expect from a casual restaurant, I just wasn't impressed by the food.
I recently dined at Polo’s and ordered the fish and chips. Unfortunately, it felt very generic; the pieces were uniformly cut and all the same size, lacking any unique touch. I was not impressed and will not be coming back. Additionally, there was no mention on the bill about a surcharge for using a credit card. When I raised this concern with the owner, I was told that the surcharge is noted at the front door and on the back of the menu, which is quite unreasonable since it’s not near the actual bill.
I've been here before, but went today for lunch with my two year old daughter and my mom. It was excellent! We all loved our food my toddler actually ate more than one bite of food, which is extremely rare when we're out to eat! I had the Cuban panini, and it was fantastic! Our server, Lucas I believe, was so attentive and nice. Can't wait to go back!

The food is disgusting and overpriced. The server completely messes up a steak order. After explaining to the server that it tasted like fish, we were told we still had to pay for it since it was touched. The old location was gross; we thought the new one would be better, but it's still the same.
Drove around in the parking lot for 15 minutes no place to park. Took 25 minutes for server to get to our table. Food was nothing more then just ok. As they say on South Park move along folks nothing to see here.
What restaurant owner responds like that? The food and drinks were disappointing, so they should really improve.
Come with an appetite! The food is of the highest quality and the portions are generous.

Food was absolutely terrible.. also very loud. The waitress was very kind.
