Hats off to polos bar and grill. I cant believe I came all the way to New Jersey to get the best ribs I ever ate. Polos is a very nice welcoming place to enjoy a great dinner the ribs are awesome a must try for anyone. Finish off dinner with the funnel cake fries a great finish to a wonderful meal. My spouse had the pear and pistachio salad with blackened chicken and enjoyed it very much our daughter had the chicken pot pie topped with a puff pastry an amazing site to see. This is probably my favorite bar/restaurant in the area! I have always had quality, attentive service and the chicken pot pie is my favorite meal on the menu! I have gone for dinner on the restaurant side and I've gone to just sit at the bar for drinks every time, the staff is friendly and diligent. I've never had to wait long for drinks at the bar, even when it's jam packed, and the wait staff comes back to check on the tables without being intrusive. I have never had anything other than a great experience here, and I'm so happy that there is finally a great local restaurant that has great food and a great atmosphere. This place is great! We had : wings ...we needed to place a second order! They were perfectly seasoned. We Chose Buffalo. Rosie made an extra hot sauce on the side for Jim. We also got the fried pickle chips and nacho wontons. Both packed plenty of flavor! For dinner we had Macaroni and cheese (very creamy! , the Jalapeño burger and the Smoked Gouda burger. Both juicy and perfectly cooked. We also had the NY Strip Beurre Raifort (horseradish herb butter on top with out of this world delicious vegetable medley. Very well done, Polo Family!
