I love the food and the atmosphere but the last 3 times I've tried getting food here has been absolutely ridiculous. The first time we sat at a table for over a half an hour with never being acknowledged. Instead we walked to Don Jose, next door, and had drinks and our food order in within 5 minutes of being there. The 2nd time I tried ordering to-go. The phone rang and rang and after 3 attempts I ordered from somewhere else. Tonight, July 23rd, I called to place an order of wings to-go. I was told that the wings would take over an hour!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. No food at this establishment is special enough to wait over an hour for. And it's not even a holiday. I like their Buffalo wings...
Loved the food alocation but unfortunately haven’t even been able to try the new place because they just do not have enough parking. Tried going at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday and there wasn’t a single parking spot available so we went to Don Jose instead. I’ll add this was the 3rd time I’ve tried going to the new location. Also couldn’t find parking on opening weekend which is understandable but then also tried again when the restaurant decided to close for 2 weeks less than a month after opening. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but what do you expect when it’s so difficult to even be able to try the place?
Outstanding! Very clean restaurant, great atmosphere with barn doors and stone accents, delicious fare, and very attentive, friendly service. I thoroughly enjoyed a pear and pistachio salad with grilled chicken. My salad was filled with delicious greens, dried cherries, pistachios, grapes, and gorgonzola cheese. It was huge! My mother enjoyed a Philly Cheesestrak and it was large enough for two meals. Tender and juicy steak on delicious Italian bread, and cheese, of course. Our server was thorough, friendly, and attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND POLOS!
We’ve been meaning to give Polo’s a try for a while. Wish we had visited their previous location so that we had something to compare. Our experience in this location was superb. Our server was attentive without being overbearing (she timed our main course so that we could enjoy our appetizer first . Everything we ordered was excellent! Both the food and drink menus were extensive but an easy read. We’ll definitely be back (probably with the whole family .
Party: I did my daughters baby shower there and the staff was very attentive, to all at the shower. Appetizers were amazing. Food and desserts where all amazing and Fresh. The atmosphere was awesome. If you’re ever looking for a party place to go. It’s a very nice quaint place to go for a nice get together for birthday bridal shower, baby shower.retirement party. The hostess and staff are always respectful and attentive. We love Polo’s.
I had 2 great pumpkin beers 1 great burger with 2 great friends and 1 wonderful wife while being serviced by 1 great waitress (if you're allowed to say that in today's culture) by the name of Madeline. I will be back because the menu was very varied and tempting. Had a great time... drinking 2 beers doesn't hurt.
Stopped in at the newly built location that's just around the corner from.the old location. The place looks amazing and the food is still as amazing as it was the first time I came years ago. Portion sizes are off the charts and the prices match the plates perfectly. Two thumbs up!
