Freshness is our priority , um... the croissants and pain au chocolat were dry. In addition, the 2 female employees were unfriendly and in no hurry (despite the increasingly long queue), only the male employee was efficient. One of the two did not even make the effort to use 2 words of English to understand a client (who spoke in very simple and understandable English). And refusing to serve cold milk when there is a large carton of milk on the counter is borderline... Disappointed with this behavior.
