This place is a must for those who want to pay $15 for old wilted salads with chronic order mess ups. Also, never dare ask for extra sauce of any kind because you ain’t gonna get it if you are ordering takeout or delivery. We ordered 7 salads on Thursday, July 6th for a team meeting and ALL 7 had near rotten lettuce!!!!!! Tried to get in touch with Manager for over an hour and she/he was apparently very late to work and thus unavailable. Sent an email to Ponko email address for Decatur location and I have heard NOTHING back. We order from there for many of our team meetings. Not anymore!!!! I can eat old produce at home for “free”.
I ordered through Grubhub, but I am not allowed to leave a review there. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and only received the sandwich. The picture has fries in it, it 's called a meal , and there 's no option to add fries. I wouldn 't have paid $14 for just a sandwich that I could 've easily made with oven baked chicken tenders, BBQ, and cole slaw.The sandwich was just so so in taste. Nothing special. Actually, the frozen chicken tenders I buy taste better and they 're organic. Very disappointed all around. Won 't be ordering from this restaurant again.
This restaurant is a great spot for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend the chicken, rice, and fries. I would pass on the pickles since they typically come with your meal. The addition of a salad as a side dish really enhances the meal. And don't miss out on the desserts! The red velvet and chocolate cake cups are amazing. The only downside is that they can sometimes be busy and forget to include items in your takeout bag. Be sure to double check before you leave!
I have been a big fan of Ponko Chicken for a while now, and I always order the spicy chicken with ranch dressing. The last few times I ordered takeout, I requested 2 extra ranch dressings. Despite seeing the note on the bag and even confirming with the person handing me the food, I was disappointed to arrive home and find no ranch dressings. Ponko Chicken, please improve your service!

The quality at this restaurant has declined in recent months. The last two times I visited, the rice was not up to par - it was not sticky like usual, and the chicken wasn't fresh. The sweet potato fries were lacking seasoning and were soggy and thick. After multiple disappointing experiences, I have decided not to return to this location due to the decline in quality.
If you love good chicken tenders Lofi music this is your place! I’ve been coming here constantly since I moved to Atlanta a few years ago and this is my favorite location. They even have brunch which is ALWAYS a plus! ??????
The NICEST staff anywhere in the city. They had live jazz when we went in and had a solid turnout. Drinks are delish! Bartender is adorable! A must go when in Decatur.Vegetarian options: Tofu!
Always delicious food and a great place to chill. I recommend their spicy tofu and seasoned fries. Everyone here is always super nice and goes above and beyond.

This cozy spot is a great place to unwind. The chicken tenders are deliciously crispy without being overly breaded. The fries were also served hot and crispy.
The staff was excellent and the food was served hot. The fries were delicious. However, the chicken did not suit my taste preferences.
