After nearly having a disappointing experience ordering pizza from the place next to Casper's (think Soup Nazi vibes), I realized that while their pizza is decent, I deserve better as a customer. That’s why I happily choose Pontillo’s. Every time I order, I’m greeted with genuine kindness and warmth from the staff. Plus, their food is absolutely delicious! Thank you, Pontillo’s, for providing not only amazing food but also the best customer service in town, hands down.
I waited an hour and a half for my delivery, and when it finally arrived, the pizza was cold and overcooked. I had requested extra sauce, but there was barely any. I attempted to contact the manager, but my call was not answered. It was very disappointing; this place used to serve the best food in town, but it has noticeably declined over the past year.
The staff at Pontillo's Pizza are outstanding, and the food is delicious! If you’re craving something not listed on the menu, just ask—Brian will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy.
