I wouldn't recommend visiting this restaurant within an hour of closing time, as you’ll likely have to wait around 30 minutes for them to prepare more chicken. The service was poor, and they forgot my extra pieces of chicken, instead giving me extra biscuits. I had to drive back and wait another 25 minutes for them to make more chicken, and they didn't seem to care about their mistake. This is unacceptable in today's world. They're going to start making $20 an hour soon, which is outrageous for fast food, and they'll probably continue making the same careless errors. In my opinion, KFC is much tastier and always quicker.
This restaurant consistently impresses! The chicken is exceptionally tender and juicy, melting in your mouth, and the special pickled cucumbers provide a distinct twist that makes Popeyes an excellent choice for a quick meal. To avoid the crowds, it's advisable to go during off-peak times, as many people come here for dinner. Whenever I'm in the mood for a spicy chicken sandwich, this is always my top pick!
The food is okay, but this location is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Each time I’ve visited, something from my order has been forgotten, and it’s happened so often that I've decided not to go back. I've also noticed that there’s a high turnover of staff; every time I come in, there are new employees. This may indicate issues with management. Overall, I find this location to be quite disappointing.
I really enjoy Popeyes, but tonight's experience was one of the worst I've had. I ordered six beignets and was charged $4 for a bag of powdered sugar. We also ordered drinks, which were served half-full and didn't come with straws. To top it off, I only received a 3-piece chicken tender meal instead of the 5-piece I had ordered.

We ordered a meal that came with red beans and rice, and we also requested mashed potatoes. However, when we got home, we discovered that the mashed potatoes were missing. Since we are in Visalia, it wasn't worth the hassle to go back for a refund. With fast food prices being so high these days, missing items can really add up.
Went there yesterday and none of the chicken was cooked properly. My children threw up all night because the food was not cooked fully through. They are in a rush.Made us wait to receive the food but failed to cook it. For got to mention they always forget our food but are quick to rush you off.
So far they still have the best spicy chicken sandwich, and in this location they stuff has always been nice and respectful. They greet you and look you in the eye when speaking and that is great. Over all I will continue to use this location when in need of some food. Thank you Visalia team!
We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink for dinner. The restaurant was very clean and not overly crowded. The cashier was prompt and friendly, and our food was served hot and flavorful. Overall, it’s a fantastic and tidy place to eat!

We were told we had to wait for all the DoorDash orders to be completed before they could take our order, even after we had already waited for five minutes. Either the staff wasn't being honest, or they need to enhance their system.
Clean place and juicy chicken not dry at all. Very hard working crew.
