Since I was in the car and couldn’t tell if they were properly cooked, I dipped them in BBQ sauce, only to notice a strange, fishy texture. I wasn’t sure if I was eating chicken or something else. When I turned on the overhead light to get a closer look, it confirmed my suspicion—they were definitely undercooked. That moment completely shattered my trust in the safety of the food.

The prices have definitely gone up! When I added my three-tender combo to my friend’s order, the total shot from under $10 to $28. I was surprised to learn the combo costs $18! The staff at the counter forgot my dipping sauce twice, and when I asked for it, I was met with a bit of attitude. It even seemed like they expected me to pay for the sauce. On top of that, none of the tables were cleaned, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. While we were eating inside, only three cars came through the drive-thru, and just one other customer came in to place an order before leaving. Throughout all this, there wasn’t a single employee in sight.

I’ve ordered from Popeyes many times and can confidently say the food is always fresh and my orders are consistently accurate. The only minor drawback is that the sweet tea can occasionally be a bit underwhelming. My main issue with the family meal is that it includes only one serving of coleslaw. I would also prefer ketchup for the fries instead of multiple packets of hot sauce. These are small complaints, though. I appreciate Popeyes' effort to reduce single-use plastics, and having my favorite hot sauce in convenient packets is definitely a plus. Overall, the menu offers great options that I continue to enjoy.
I placed a drive-thru order online at 1:15 a.m. from Popeyes, and they forgot to include my extra biscuit that I ordered along with my two cans of dinner. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, but the last time I ordered from their menu, I also didn’t receive my red beans and rice. I’m just too tired to go back. Oh my gosh!
I had a disappointing experience at Baseline. The manager wouldn't give me a refund without a receipt, even though it was clear that the chicken I ordered was spoiled. I barely left the restaurant before taking a bite, and it was awful. I ended up leaving feeling both hungry and frustrated.
At Popeyes, everything was fresh and the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and they were incredibly friendly. The menu offered a great variety that truly impressed us.

Every time I've dined here, the food has been exceptional, and the service has also been very good. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever.
