It don't matter how many you report the problems they never fix them, always sending the wrong order, missing items and wrong drink, I think is time for the city of Los Angeles and headquarters to to fix this franchise, also they don't honk your coupons

All good! Got the 16 piece, half and half spicy and reg, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. We loved it.
