I arrived at 1:00 and placed my order through the app at 1:09 due to the long line. There were only two people ahead of me, but the cashier was very slow at taking orders. I waited from 1:09 until 1:30 for my order, and the front staff were still moving slowly. I'm frustrated, but I’ll eat the chicken. Just know that if you go at this time, you might be wasting your time. They really need to hire faster workers. The girl with red hair takes her time with every order and tends to chat whenever you order through the app, so be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes. I visited Popeyes for some chicken and had a disappointing experience due to the woman at the register with tattoos on her forearms. She displayed a terrible attitude and acted quite dismissively, particularly towards customers and even her coworkers who weren't Hispanic. It was surprising and disappointing to encounter such behavior, especially from someone who identifies as a manager. If you visit, you might witness this situation for yourself. I, for one, won’t be returning if she’s working the register, and many of my colleagues and friends feel the same way. I hope the restaurant takes action to address this issue.
Terrible experience. The person at the register seemed like she was struggling to find popcorn shrimp for my order on the register. I was never given a receipt. I was given chicken instead. I brought it back, and the cashier was kind enough to correct it and manager Charlene was present and apologized, but I left with more chicken. I came back and was told that Charlene had left and that I should come back tomorrow, I suggested they look back at the time of my purchase on my debit card. This is not something you tell a Popeyes customer. I should have gotten my order fixed.
Popeyes chicken at this Parkchester location is trash. The rice and beans had no flavor and very dry. I brought three biscuits with the meals and didn't get any biscuits at all and they had the nerve to charge me for something they forgot to put in mybag. They gave me a whole lot of jelly packets and no damn biscuits. Never spending my money or my time in that location everagain andIhad to wait a long time for my food.The Manhattan location by the Port Authority is the bomb

Watch the app at this location when ordering, they add in additional fee(s) on certain things that are not the case within the surrounding areas. If you try to retrieve your free items from the app, only certain items can be chosen or you will be chargedeven though you have enough reward points. This is a location thing, I made the same orders elsewhere without these issues. Lookout.
I first placed an order at the Burger King side of the restaurant, and then at the Popeye's side. I had to wait so long that my Burger King food went cold and my drink got warm. There was too much confusion and delays despite the long line, with orders piling up on the workers' side without anyone taking action to expedite the process.
The food at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is delicious and served hot when I place an order. The restaurant is generally well-maintained. The service is usually typical, although there can be a wait for some menu items to be prepared. The staff at this location are polite and courteous to customers.
Bad service, the food is salty and they took long giving me my order, I asked a man when it was done and he ignored me. I would give them no star but I don't have a choice
