Went here tonight was told I would be waiting for five minutes for my food and then I waited 20 minutes never received my food went to the door which the lobby doors were locked and then when the manager came to the door she asked me what the problem was told her I never received my food showed my receipt and I have been waiting for 20 minutes. When we returned the next day, the manager was hesitant to fix our order and only offered to replace part of the chicken. Fortunately, I had taken a picture of the spicy chicken, breasts, and wings to show her. I explained that I had given it away to avoid waste and mentioned that they didn't answer their phone the previous night. It's worth noting that this location is about fifteen miles from our home, and most restaurants wouldn't expect you to bring food back the next day, which could be unpleasant.

RAW CHICKEN WARNING After waiting 20 minutes this is what you get for $12 at this Popeyes. There was immense confusion, arguing and cussing behind the window while waiting for our orders. Meanwhile the manager stood inside zipping up her pants and not washing her hands. (She didn?t touch our food). Another girl had her cell phone in her hand the whole time. And this is what we got. Small pieces of chicken that was 60% batter. Most importantly, undercooked. Chicken should not be pink in the middle. The popcorn shrimp was essentially batter balls as well. Worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to, I went last week and they totally got my order wrong I paid 13$ for a 4 piece white meal, got home I got 2 flat boneless breast called a got a free meal ok?. Went again tonight giving them a second go round paid 15$ For just 5 wings ok get home every single piece of chicken was burnt couldn?t even taste the Cajun seasoning, called the phone no one answers multiple times? this place needs to be shut down just horrible customer service at night. Someone from corporate needs to really check in on this store and do their job.

Very very uneducated manager. Be careful make sure to count your chickens before leaving. The manager threw away my food with my biscuits and chicken. then handed back my left overs Coleslaw and no biscuits smh She was upset with me for her own mistake. I order a 5 peace stripes and instead I got a 3 peace strips with fries and biscuits. People can't own up to there mistake now a days. Double check your food people specially at this place.
I bought the big box with Mac and cheese and red beans and rice... The mac and cheese was half full and very soupy and the chicken was soggy and seemed to be old. I went back and was told that's how the mac and cheese is, so I asked for mashedpotatoes and gravy instead and fresh chicken... The lady was very nice and had no problem helping me. I waited about 15 mins andeverything was fresh and delicious!!!
I can't express how incredible this food was! If I were a millionaire, I would happily send a cash gift to the entire team. I ordered through DoorDash, and everything was absolutely perfect! I don't know who was working on June 15, 2022, around 1 PM, but you all did an outstanding job. Thank you so much!

The dine-in was closed an hour before the stated business hours, and they claimed they were just driving. After a long wait in the car, they informed us they only had sandwiches available. That was the only reason we left, and we ended up having to eat somewhere else. Very disappointing. Service: 1/5
