The young Hispanic man working behind the counter was absolutely fantastic. He treated every customer with kindness, radiated energy and enthusiasm, and it was genuinely enjoyable to hear him assist the patrons while I dined. Every restaurant would be lucky to have an employee like him. The food was excellent, just as I remembered it from before the pandemic. It seemed like they might have introduced some new sauces, but to be honest, the food is already well-seasoned, marinated, and juicy enough that it doesn't really need any extra sauces. Drive thru took FOREVER!!!! Only to get home to find out that even though the sandwich bag was marked as spicy, it was not. Over loaded it will what looked like day old mayo. I guess it was to match what looked like and tasted like day old chicken. Only had two options for drinks; frozen lemonade and ice tea. Not usually what I would get but the lemonade was good. The mac and cheese was not good. It seemed like it was leftover from the other day. It usually is good though. Anyway, spent a whole lot of money on food that wasn't edible. While I think popeyes suffers from similar circumstances, like other fast food restaurants that they have a hard time to get good help, there were some challenges experienced during this visit. the journey through the line was so long it was to cause problems with the traffic if someone else wanted to wait to turn into the partie. the inner was not completely set up for the visitor, as there were no lids or straw next to the drink station, the mozens had to put back to retrieve these objects while waiting for the rest of their food.

Not sure what the girl at the window has an issue with, but hopefully she has a better day. I understand we all have bad days, but catching an attitude with someone, slamming the window in their face not once but twice, and talking over/interrupting someone when they are speaking is just not okay. Food was seems fine.. kind of lost my appetite, but I?ll eat it later.????
When it comes to their food everything was perfect, hot, full of flavor and did not skimp on anything. Maybe short staffed or stressed, i didn?t get a thank you have a good day .. I had to ask for a straw, I wasn?t given a spoon for sides or napkins.. if your ordering through drive through check the bag. Other than that everything was great!

This location is one of the worst in the valley. They only had dark chicken. The computers always go down here supposedly but visit other locations and I have not had that problem. The sweet tea here tasted moldy after taste. I love popeyes food but from now on will drive to other locations.Food: 5/5

I had a bad experience here before, but diana on the laufwerk thru has made a lot really positive changes. she was super professional, friendly and thorough with the handling of my order today on the drive thru. I am impressed. the food was freshly prepared and hot. great job, diana, you wake up!
The food was less than satisfactory. The cajun fries were cold and soggy. The spicy chicken sandwiches were very dry and the first bite was mostly battered with no chicken. I would have gone with one star but the spicy sauce was good and the cashier was very polite.
