I found a hair in my mash potatoes I literally cried I was so upset I could not believe this I saw the horrible reviews about the customer service against my better judgment I went OMG every one there including the shift lead was very mean and didn't understand English very well I was so upset I kept explaining that I wanted my money back they kept insisting to make me another order I kept refusing no one was wearing hair nets such an Traumatic experience I wouldn't take my enemy to that Popeyes on Laurel Canyon and Magnolia,?
Cashier (male) could NOT answer my question regarding WHY ON LINE ORDERING DID NOT ACCEPT my request they offer for first timers. His response, That's why I don't even order. To top that off chicken cold hard could NOT even GUM it gave to my dogs. I love COLD SLAW PURCHASED 2 additional small that where advertised for $1.00. Bad enough I can NOT chew I would have just SWALLED it but it was not fresh it tasted pass date. Did NOT like service. Un PROFESIONAL as well as NO customer service
This is consistently the worst Popeyes location I've ever ordered from. They've gotten my order wrong every single time. Not only that, but I've ordered ahead on the phone for pickup and when I show up I still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my order. And they do not care. Seriously. Check your order every time you order from these people and do not expect you order to be ready on time when you come pick it up.
Horrible customer service cold French fries and chicken I addressed my issue with a lady who spoke terrible English and very rude about my complaint her name was Sandra supposedly the manager very unpleasant and unprofessional I would never step a foot back in that store.I would advise you to not got to that place!
