This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, and I've eaten at McDonald's, which is better than this! The service was decent, but when it came to my order, it was a complete disaster. There were no biscuits in the bag, and my drink had a weird taste. I also ordered a banana cake, but that was missing too. The cashier, Sonia, handled order #673 at 2:13 PM, and everything was wrong. For $32, I expected much better service. The drive-thru experience at this restaurant can be quite variable; sometimes it's fast, while other times it takes longer than expected. A couple of months back, I ended up waiting over ten minutes just for two spicy chicken sandwiches. It was either that the cars in front of me had large orders or everything is prepared to order. Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush and had no pressing commitments. Recently, the wait time was more typical, and the cashier was both friendly and professional. I consistently find the food to be hot and fresh, which I really value. I will definitely come back, as this location outperforms several others I've tried.

Popeyes offers amazing fried chicken, but what really brings me in is their Cajun fries. After school, I always make a trip to my closest Popeyes to indulge in a large serving of those fries. They also run great promotions on specific days, and I can assure you that if you find a special at Popeyes, it’s a must-try—it’s totally worth it!
This location popeyes and employee are worst that I have. I ordered a offer menu for 1 hour ago, but when I came to pickup, I had to waiting 15 mins, although there have just 2 customers at there. She picked for me old chicken, that is so dry. I feelthat I have been discriminated against.
Make sure to check that everything you ordered is in the bag. Twice, they forgot my coleslaw. It’s understandable that mistakes happen, but it’s a good idea to ask if your order is complete. Other than that, the service is good and the food is great if you enjoy fried chicken.
This location is pretty inconsistent. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich, and it was overly salty and not enjoyable. I've had it taste good here before, but not this time. I couldn't finish it after just four bites. Plus, the long drive-thru line is frustrating.
