Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

we had starving for popeyes when we drove through ratsbluffs and stopped at this ugly hole! I knew when there was freezing oil in front of the door, it was probably a mistake, my wife and I went in and the place was disgusting dirty and smells terrible. we both used the toilet room and when we went past the door to the kitchen, were appalled how dirty and stunned it was. there was müll on the floor a fat build-up everywhere. the workers stood before smoking cigarettes and were really dirty and really unfriendly. we were not there! I can't believe that Popeyes company would allow this.

This was our first time eating here and we most likely won't return. The second you walk in it's hotter than it is outside. Probably 90° throughout the whole restaurant. Not fair to the workers or customers. Disgusting. Also, the floors were sticky, EVERYTHING WAS STICKY. Tables were ALL dirty. They didn't have any napkins out and they didn't have any sweet tea made. Nobody was in a good mood. It was terrible. You guys need to cool this place down OR close during this heat advisory. For customer and employees safety. Terrible terrible.

Funny how they always ask if you want regular or spicy chicken. I don't think I've ever had regular chicken from Popeyes. I always thought that the reason people went to Popeyes was for spicy chicken. If I wanted regular chicken I would rather go to KFC.

The worst service I ever had at any restaurant!! 50 minutes in drive thru, employees walking in and out the back door taking smoke breaks. Standing around inside doing nothing, yelling at other employees

Food was ok. Hot as heck inside the restaurant. Chicken sandwich was good, mac and cheese would have been ok, but it wasn't heated evenly. Coleslaw was a no-go. Something was off as it was slimy.
