I'm not a huge fan of spicy food, so I decided to try the classic flounder sandwich, and it was excellent. The service was also impressive. Despite it being very busy, the ordering process went smoothly, and the service remained efficient. The staff were friendly and seemed to appreciate my business. I had a question, and they answered it promptly, which is refreshing compared to some places where asking a question is treated as rude, like at the Subway near WMD, for instance.
I had a fantastic first experience ordering from this restaurant! I might have overestimated my hunger a bit, but the prices were still very reasonable for the amount of food I received. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo, which included fries and tea. I was pleasantly surprised by the tea; it was really good, especially considering it was nearly closing time.
First, I want to mention that the service at the drive-thru was polite and efficient. However, the chicken was overcooked and consisted of small pieces. It was clear that the server recognized that they shouldn't have been serving this quality of food to customers. Additionally, the prices were quite high.
Ordered at drive thru still had to go inside to get order. Waited 35 minutes for an 8 pc.family meal.while waiting inside) for my order I observed the cashier telling a couple she'd be with in a minute while she took her phone to the back so she could text. This is my second time ordering spicy chicken, and yet again, I received regular chicken instead. They sent me 24 pieces of the regular kind. I'm not returning.
First timer here. Clean place great staff still not familiar enough with the food but that's on me great place ?
Love the food friendly staff. They goty food to quickly and I get rewards now ?
