I went here on 03/03/2022 with a receipt coupon which always states that you get a free two pieces of chicken and a biscuit with a purchase of a large soda. I gave the receipt coupon to a Hispanic lady who always makes blanket policy rules every time I come there. She told me that I only get the 2 pieces of chicken and not the biscuit because it doesn't state that on my receipt. I told her every Popeyes has the same language on the back of the receipt. She went to her supervisor, who told her to give me the biscuit. She told me she is giving me a break. What break is that? This lady doesn't know how to treat customers and needs retraining. This is the most ghetto Popeyes i have ever been to in my life the cashier got my order totally wrong when i clearly stated what i wanted multiple times. I told her that’s not what i ordered and she started giving me a dirty look and a terrible attitude then she charged me 25 bucks for a 5 piece chicken tenders. i was completely polite and mind you i’m very under age and act more mature than this childish women. please find a new cashier get this lady out!!!

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food was served hot, and the service was prompt. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I didn’t have to wait long for my meal. I do wish they had a menu displayed outside, but the team member took the time to explain the dishes and available combos in detail. I will definitely be coming back soon, and I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Today I ordered the buffalo ranch sandwich for the first time to hear about the hype I received it and just got the original sandwich and got really disappointed. I recommend someone new to read the order because this employee clearly didn’t care and just put whatever he/she felt like doing it’s ridiculous never ordering in Paterson again.
I've been coming to popeyes since I was a little kid. lisa made this visit tonight the best. I had to wait for huh, but she informed me. I didn't mind because it was fresh. only a great customer service around. it is a valuable worker. she puts the bar up, I'll be back!
Whoever was working tonight, may god bless ya hands for real. Y’all really came thru tn fr. Give these people a raise! $30.00 an hour at minimum!
the terrible service and the passage are very unorganized. I went and went to haledon ave. much better service and definitiw friendly.
