We get take out food from this Popeyes store quite often and we haven’t had much of an issue till date. But yesterday, we had some issue with our order and went to the store to return it and was greeted with a bad attitude by the CSR. On mentioning this, Ms. Sheena also proceeded to swear at us. This was totally unexpected and uncalled for. We were only there because we were asked to come in store with the food and get a refund. However, the manager at this store was involved and he quickly resolved the issue for us and was really co-operative. He apologised on behalf of his staff’s rude behavior and made sure we were okay before we left the place. Thank you sir manager!
The service at this popeyes exceeds my expectation. I was so impressed with how helpful, customer friendly, and patient Arianna was I told her Manager she deserved a promotion. The manager Usman also deserved mentioning. I noticed he was hands on in the restaurant. He made sure customer value was evident. I watched as he assisted the employees which made the ordering process efficient and simply. He express appreciation to my husband and me. I was truly impressed because I am not a fan of fast food restaurant because of the lack of service. This popeyes really exceeded my expectations. I ordered three chicken sandwiches, and the manager placed one on the counter near the drive-thru window. The girl at the window took my son's sandwich out of the bag, but it fell onto the counter. A guy working there helped her put it back in the bag. If they know it's delayed, they shouldn't take the sandwich out of the bag. I asked for a refund but never received it. The manager was angry with me instead of addressing the situation with the employee who handled my son's sandwich. It feels like I've been robbed. So disappointing.
poor service. they calculated my credit card twice and gave me only one order. I called my credit card and they canceled the other one. the personal that manipulates the reception are not the intelligent people on the planet. chicken strips are very oily. the personal is very thrifty with the sauces. I ordered twenty stripes and all that I got was four soße (he refused to give more.) the strips were tiny and should not have been counted as legit strips. what is not recommended with this dark culture popeyes? Service is horrible and workers here are not very friendly. And they're extremely cheap!I ordered a 10 piece tender but not all pieces were equal in size. Some were legit full tender size but some tenders were literally half the size of the other pieces. Ridiculous. Not the way to do business.Go to another location or KFC just a few stores down from them.
I placed three orders for chicken and requested grill sauce for each one, but not a single packet was included in the bag, despite asking multiple times. I also inquired about a spicier sauce, and the staff member seemed annoyed when he finally handed it to me. The service was terrible. Who wants to drive back to the city just to get grill sauce?
I just left the place and the service was very bad the manager was very disrespectful without education raising the tone of his voice just for taking two jalapeños that were in a jar on the counter and nowhere or sign said that they could not be taken. the truth to be considered a family restaurant should have better staff in charge.
The help are friendly and the restaurant is very clean. I was a bit dissapointed I was only given 2 napkins for finger food for my toddler and myself. I could have asked for more but who wants to go back and forth while eating with a little guy. Anyway I would go back but ask for napkins before I take a seat. Réservez une table maintenant
