On Wednesday, August 17th, I stopped by Popeyes after experiencing a long wait at a nearby eatery called "The Buffalo Spot." While waiting in line there, I decided to try some chicken from The Buffalo Spot, which seemed worth a visit. Afterward, I drove through Popeyes to order macaroni and cheese. The drive-thru employee was exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that I greatly appreciated. I believe that great customer service is crucial, as it can shape the entire dining experience. When I finally tried the macaroni and cheese, I was pleasantly surprised—it was as enjoyable as the friendly service! Overall, I would give the Popeyes on 103rd a solid four stars!
Today is Wednesday August 17th I stopped by last night, there was a long line so I proceeded next door to a place called ' the Buffalo spot ' you might be interested in that please check it out.. anyways the line was long so after I got chicken from theBuffalo spot I went to Popeye 's drive-thru got a macaroni and cheese the guy was so kind he had a great attitude and I thankhim for it ! I 'm real big on customer service and attitude it sets the tone for everything and when I got into that macaroni andcheese I was pleasantly surprised it was just as kind as he was! What 's Popeyes on 103rd gets four stars !
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! It’s a complete disaster. What else can I say that’s as clear as my headline? The staff is downright RUDE! Only two people seem to be genuine; the rest are on an entirely different level of disrespect. They’re often out of stock on items, and by the time they inform you, you’ve already paid for your meal. The restaurant itself is dirty and really needs regular cleaning. I hope that with time and a change in management, this place can improve, but I’m not very optimistic about its future.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! On July 15, 2021, I finally enjoyed some delicious chicken. The customer service was excellent. Fast forward to September 21, 2023, and I’m still loving everything about it—especially the mac and cheese, which is absolutely delicious. On March 7, 2024, the service was outstanding again. Tylisa attended to me quickly and with a friendly demeanor. I visited at 10 AM, and it was a great start to my day!

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers great chicken, but their service is very slow, and they don’t even fill up the box properly—what’s going on? Their mac and cheese also looked old and burnt. Definitely not ordering from their menu again. Total waste of money.
The chicken is exceptionally flavorful, and the mashed potatoes are tasty. However, the macaroni was a bit dry and seemed somewhat stale. Aside from that, the rest of the meal was very enjoyable.
Need Xtra sauce pickles on the spicy chicken sandwich/mac n cheese. Thank you... Eat 1/2 now 1/2 later u should be good for a while. Sandwich is big.
The drive-thru moves quickly, which is great. They also have some good deals, which is a plus given the current economic situation.
