Every time I visit Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, the staff are unprofessional and incredibly slow. Once, I placed an order at the drive-thru and waited 45 minutes in the parking lot, only to find it still wasn’t ready. After being told twice that my order would be ready in 15 minutes, I finally gave up and requested a refund. Today, when I went inside, the cashier with black hair didn’t greet us and spoke very quietly. When I asked for plates, she acted as if it was a huge inconvenience. It was clear she disliked her job. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, the service was still painfully slow.

Popeyes offers some of the best chicken I've ever had, and the side dishes are equally delicious. The cinnamon apple pie is absolutely amazing, though it's on the pricier side. Occasionally, there are some great deals that make it worthwhile. My only complaint was the service; it was quite slow. I understand that many places are struggling to find staff, so I can empathize. Nevertheless, you won't be disappointed with the food itself.
It was hard to tell if the waitress was simply slow or just not interested, but the service was overall very poor. Everything took an excessively long time. I wish I had caught her name, but I believe she will recognize herself in this review. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.
The service was rude and impolite, and I was left unattended at the counter for more than 7 minutes. It felt like the staff was watching us through a two-way mirror from the management office. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for African American or Hispanic customers.
