If I could give zero stars, I would. On three separate occasions I ordered from here and they did not put my full order in the box. I came home and didn't have enough chickens to feed my family. I called every time to make them aware, but nobody answers the phone. The last time I went a week ago, I informed her about what happened. A young man said I wasn't worried. Then talk to a young girl in Spanish, not knowing that I am half of Puerto Rican. They talked about me because I complained about eating for my family. I said I'm half of Puerto Rican. The girl's mouth fell and she hit the guy on the back. They gave me my food and I left. When I came home... no extra chicken, not even the amount...
Never again will I return to this place. The Spanish crew, who worked this evening, all just played around, ignored their customers and just didn't seem to be there. Paid $50 for a mobile order 15-20 before arrival in the restaurant only to wait for another 40 minutes for my order, and after my order my partner realized that we don't even get our drinks he ordered. When I started asking and complaining about where my order is, they told me everything who was an assistant manager at an old job where food was made to order, that it would take time. I'm okay if there's about 5-10 minutes waiting, but if people who were behind me got their orders that weren't placed by their phones and leave I w...
I was here today and I gave him another try. Again, what a disappointment!! These Popeyes needs improvement are simply gone! Period! Mac and cheese were terrible. The cheese was not melted and it was Luke warm. The spicy chicken teeth were overboiled and dared close to my teeth. I contacted so-called company office there, which is a waste of time!! The one in Bear, Delaware is so much better. So next time, when and when I get a Popeye's desire, I'll take my lazy butt 6 miles on the street. Don't worry that it's not worth your time or money.
Stopped to pick up chicken for dinner and french fries to munch on the way. We didn't notice they forgot the fries until after we had pulled away. We got back in the drive-thru and they ran them out to us insted of making us wait to get to the window. Very good customer service. Everyone makes mistakes but it is how you deal with them that shows your true quality.
