Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I really hope for Popeyes franchise that people dont think this is what it is supposed to be. This location was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with Popeyes. The biscuits were nasty and tasted like other food in the refrigerator had soaked into them. Yes, they were served like that. Chicken was old like it had been sitting under a heat lamp too long. The person that was taking our order just stopped in the middle and never came back. After 5 mins, someone finally took our order at the register. I really wasted my time and money on this one.

We loved Popeyes but felt quality and service at the Longmont store was definitely going down hill. As others have mentioned, your order was usually wrong missing items or containing unordered (and charged) items.We gave them one more try on August 11th 2023. The order was wrong (as usual) and the food was terrible. We hardly ate any of it, but both got sick. We will never return. So sad, does it need new management?(ps: I gave it one star but correct rating would be zero stars)

This location was on point! Fast, fresh and delicious food. Friendly staff and clean location. Just earned more business from me.

This one always takes forever. It’s like they try to go slow. Don’t waste time in the drive through, just go in, or don’t!
