Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I called the Howell location to change something with my order that I ordered by hitting the door when I called the person on the phone, was very rude laughing and fooling around when I asked about my order, he cut me off and always said that I can't do as proceeding, then hang up on two different phones and they refused to call anyone! we then called the doordasher to get a manager name for us, the door Dasher could get the manager call us immediately. the managername was sam, I don't know if this is true or not, but if there is a sam, I would consider the announcement higher because the way it was on the phone was very rude and in all very terrible customer service. so disappointed!

This was my first time using DoorDash and I decided to try Popeyes for the first time. I ordered their classic chicken sandwich combo and I have to say, it was incredible. The chicken was crispy and packed with flavor. The fries were delicious and well-seasoned, and the drink options were refreshing and plentiful. I highly recommend Popeyes, especially for their quick service and delivery. In my opinion, Popeyes and DoorDash both deserve a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. If you're looking to try something new, definitely give Popeyes a shot!

It's fast food, the quality is consistent however the service is not, constantly forgetting items in my order, under cutting the quantity of items ordered, inconsistent packaging, good luck getting sauce. Overall it's a chain the food would be the same anywhere too bad this is the only one in my area because the quality control is the worst I've seen out of any restaurant, and I used to order at the old BK on 9.

I've ordered the classic chicken sandwich many times and it's been always good. But today, it was the most perfect sandwhich ever. I'm not kidding. It was really fresh, light, juicy, crispy buttery and the best one I've had from the Howell location. Seriously, like the holy grail of chicken sandwiches. Delivery was fast! Kudos to the cook today. The drinks were incorrect and the food was cold. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a couple of days. I usually enjoy Popeyes, but this experience was disappointing.

ordered 3 pieces mild bun by the drive thru. I was instead spiced. this is the last time I have every business with this popeyes location.

driving through people are always pleasant, eating is always hot. I'm not a fan of almost food, but this spicy chicken sandwich hacked me!
