The fried chicken here is both crispy and juicy. I often order the special 12-piece chicken for the managers, but I've occasionally run into issues, like receiving a missing piece or getting chicken that isn’t hot, as if it had been reheated (you can definitely tell the difference). Although I can go back to ask about the missing piece or request freshly cooked chicken, it can be frustrating to return or wait another 20 minutes. So, I recommend checking your order thoroughly before leaving. Overall, the chicken is excellent when it’s hot and freshly made!

I can only speak about my experience during the day, but this restaurant is impressively efficient and well-run, and the credit for that goes to the management. The staff is friendly, quick, precise, and dedicated. I was particularly impressed today when the car in front of me took three minutes just to place their order, yet somehow they had all their food ready by the time they reached the window.

I believe this Popeyes has been under new ownership for the past few years, and it has made a remarkable turnaround. It’s definitely the best Popeyes in Maryland. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and served quickly. When you visit, you can see the staff working incredibly hard. The team is mostly Latino, and they put in a great effort to ensure all their customers are satisfied.
