I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I ordered three chicken thighs, a biscuit, and a half sweet tea. The chicken was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. However, it had just come out of the fryer, so it was really too hot to handle and burned my fingers a bit—not ideal! But once it cooled down, I couldn’t stop eating it, haha! The biscuit was wonderful too; just a bit of butter made it a delightful little snack. Pairing it with a nice tea was the cherry on top. I had my doubts going in, especially since my first experience at a different location was disappointing, but this place really changed my perception of the brand. I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen yesterday, and Michael took my order and prepared it. I have to say, he did an outstanding job with communication and quickly getting my order ready. I’m truly impressed by how well he works.
The fries were just average. They didn’t provide any of the sauces I requested again. The mac and cheese was limited—only enough for about two tables. I received the wrong size sodas, and the chicken sandwiches seemed old.
They don't have the strawberry cream pie, so instead, they sent me a cinnamon sugar apple pie, which was okay. However, I found the surf and turf offered à la carte to be overpriced for around $6—it just wasn't worth it.

This location and the staff are outstanding. The line is often long during lunch, but they are quick, efficient, and friendly. Whenever I had an issue, they resolved it immediately, and I left feeling satisfied.
I always buy food for my employees from this location and it never disappoints me. It's simple,fresh,and great quality food. Friendly staff. I definitely recommend it

The chicken sandwiches were overcooked and had a rubbery texture. The biscuits were quite hard. However, the fries were hot and nicely seasoned.
