I initially had a slightly bad experience with my order because I was given burnt strawberry biscuits. I asked the the young lady who made the biscuit if they were all burnt and she said yes I then asked for a refund. However, when the cashier asked Ms. Carla to refund my money for the strawberry biscuits she said I can make fresh ones for you and would you like them and I said yes. She immediately made the biscuits and walked them over to the table I was sitting in. She apologized for the earlier services and then departed. The customer service that Ms. Carla provided was exceptional and based on this alone I will patronized this establishment again on her merit alone.Mattina
I visited this Popeyes for lunch as I usually do, but I noticed a significant change. The previous management and staff were always friendly and accommodating, but the new team is quite the opposite. The managers speak to their employees in a disrespectful manner, using derogatory names. After witnessing this behavior, I decided to leave because I wouldn't feel comfortable having someone like that prepare my food.
This was the first time I stopped at this store as it used to be a Burger King which I used to go to often. The wait in the drive through was not long and the menu is ready to read so it wasn't hard to find what I was looking for. All in all, a very nice trip.
The order was right but the drink was wrong and the extra sauce I paid for wasn't in the bag. Also the person taking the order sound like they was irritated. Only reason I came here was because Chick-fil-A line was too long

I went into Popeyes today to place my order and Carla the manager waited on me and was very kind and professional. Thank you so much for the excellence service.
Customer service sucked about a month ago. I might go back there in the future and update this if they do better. They always get orders wrong.
The service was friendly and reasonably quick. They could improve in some areas, but overall, it's a good place to visit.
Went to drive thru and long line went quite quickly! Was nicely surprised. Always good food ?
