Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

From the outside, it initially appears that the establishment is closed down; indicated by faded paint, lack of signage, and a rough parking lot. Upon entering, it was apparent that lack of staffing resulted in a less-than-average cleanliness level. The interior of the restaurant wasn’t dirty enough to complain too much about. The bathrooms however need attention. The experience with the staff was fine, contrary to reviews of a rude staff I found that the employees were helpful and accommodating. The wait time for the food was average; it didn’t take long for our food to come out. When it did, it was hot and tasted fresh. The chicken tenders were juicy and tasteful, along with a delicious side of mac and cheese that I had ordered. This was my first experience trying Popeyes, and other reviews about this particular one may seem scary, but I think it was a cost efficient and flavorful meal. I had to take a star off of my rating due to the looks of the building inside and out. The restaurant itself just needs a few minor cosmetic upgrades and I think it would be a great place to go. Don’t stop here if you’re thinking about it. Never me took my order and told me there was nothing on the menu to serve. Person taking the order was extremely rude so we left. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
