Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had with this franchise. After a long day of travel I was kept waiting, MOCKED and it was basically a bunch of kids playing around in a kitchen. After all of that they didn’t even have the items I ordered. I’m so upset I don’t even have an appetite.

The pricing of this location is insane $17 for a chicken tender meal is crazy. No prices on the menu at the drive thru so I was shocked at the window. Food was luke warm and hard. At 6:30 in the middle of dinner I’d expect hot fresh food. It was awful. Never again.

Had the best dine-in customer service experience from the manager Ms. Chacha (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and Yolanda. True examples of servant heart. Thank you for the great hospitality toward my family. Will visit when we are in the area again.

Terrible location. Orders are constantly incorrect, staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, not to mention the place is dirty. You’re better off going to the one on 441 and Sheridan. The entire staff should be FIRED!
