Some of your employees need a training, when person walks in, first thing they look at is a menu's then service, once you get like I am doing you favor then lost the business, too many restaurants and fast food everywhere then you ask yourself way I am here when service is not good, it is like being kicked ou of your house, all that being said, we did not feel welcome there, as I mentioned some of the employees need a training, I guarantee you we never or ever go to that place again, food was good, we drove 15 minutes for poppy chicken, i was upset for driving that far to be treated poorly, even I said are you asking not come here again? One of the employee even said it's up to you if you do...

Drive thru ordered went wrong.Ordered 5 pcs chic combo that comes with 2 sides and 2 biscuits, asked for no wing which they understood, ordered an extra biscuit. Came home with all order wrong, they put wing in my combo by replacing other chic (opposite of what I asked) they missed biscuits and no receipt but they charged my card for $15.06 and the wing not even hot or warm, it was cold to the touch.Tried calling the restaurant with no one answering. Tried using their app as well but no use.

Extremely disappointing. Chicken was cold and old. Same with the biscuits. Terrible service . We ate in and we went back to the counter because they kept forgetting to give us the sauces we had ordered, the plasticware, the napkins.No more Popeyes for us .

Ordered through DoorDash. Dasher picked up and delivered in a timely manner, however the food was room temperature at best. I ate it anyway because I was hungry....hope I don't get food poisoning.Food: 1/5 Réservez une table maintenant

The 6 Ghost Pepper Wings were disappointingly neither spicy nor flavorful. It was a let down to find them lacking in both departments. Surprisingly, even the spicy chicken sandwich had more heat.

I did not receive biscuits or dipping sauce. Additionally, the macaroni and cheese was substituted with beans and rice, as well as mashed potatoes.
