The manager at this specific location, named Dana, was very rude. I ordered two dine-in darkened sandwich combos and was supposed to receive two sauces, one for each order. However, when I received my food and sat down at the table, I realized that I didn't receive any sauces at all. I approached the manager, who was busy with other customers, and asked for my sauces. She gave me one sauce but rudely demanded payment of 41 cents for the second one. I explained that I had ordered two combo orders and should receive two sauces. The freshest popeyes menu. Great location. Clean. High traffic so you will wait. Food hot and cooked fresh due to high traffic restaurant. My fav popeyes location. Managers here are on point. Best Cole slaw in town.Kid-friendliness: My kid really loves the chicken nuggets at this particular popeyes and the fountain drinks.
I haven't visited this restaurant in a while, but when I went it was busy. The staff did a great job of keeping up with the drive-thru and counter orders. I really enjoy their flounder fish sandwich, classic chicken sandwich, strips, and fries.
I order a 5 piece with to side of mash potatoes and gravy with my chicken spicy they only got me a 3 piece and mash potatoes was cold and watery and the bisket was hard tired call them and nobody would answer I don't drive came in a

This Popeyes location isn't the greatest. It felt old, dimly lit, and dirty. The food was typical Popeyes fare, so if you're a fan of their food, you'll be satisfied. Personally, I enjoy it.
The red beans and rice was so oily and old. It was clearly days old. So disappointing because for the last year the location in Randallstown has gone done sooooo
They give me the hot sauce I ask for. I ask for honey hot sauce. I received several packs of salt and pepper and honey.
Love that chicken at Popeyes. The prices is reasonably, not like KFC prices. You get more for your dollar.
