Service was awful. We had to honk the horn before anyone would respond. And when she did not even a good evening. We were ordering when all of a sudden she said drive to the window please. We drive thinking she couldn't here us and before we could finish our order she was already charging us. We told her we weren't finished ordering and gave us a face and sighed. Then our drinks came we ordered 4 and only got 3. We reminded her she was missing a drink, not even an apology. She proceeded to tell us to drive to the door and they would bring out the order. We waited a while and I decided to go in. As I waited she was getting out order prepared and then said to the other employee, I don't rememb...
Really bad experience this is my second time at there drive through first time they didn't put the side other from the family meal I was getting at the time and rush me they didn't even ask me what kind of meat I wanted etc.......today was the worse we came after a baseball game that we won. As soon as I got to the drive through I was asking my dad and my boys what did they wanted the cashier heard me and wanted me to order what I was debating with my family what to other very rudely rushing me to finish the other. My dad was going to his house so we were debating to other a family meal or individual two pieces meals. He was constantly rude contradicting everything we were trying to decided...
*update Nov 2022, they still never get my order right, 2 years later still they lie on spicy vs regular?Every time I order spicy chicken they give me regular, 3 times in a row... I will never buy from them again.. 6 month later today i decided to givethem a chance.. nothing improved... no spicy chicken available and no dark meat either, i went straight to Wendy?s... NEVER EVERAGAIN
Portions/pieces were too small than usually seen as wings. Asked for gravy with biscuits, packet handed out in closed condition, when opened in house, found graoe jelly packets instead of gravy. Grape jelly is useless for me, a diabetic. The server should have shown items goibg into the packet, before closing it.

It's a Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. and this place allegedly and I will stress allegedly because it sound like the manager did not want to help but they were out of both nuggets and chicken tenders ridiculous
Just went to get food here for the first time and they said they dont have chicken… what kind of a joke show is this! A chicken place with no chicken. Shouldnt you close your doors if you have no chicken
Parking was convenient and hassle-free, making it easy to access.
As for kid-friendliness, they were wonderful with my children and even surprised them with a complimentary dessert!

Incredible the manager said not chicken, we have to wait 1 hr for chicken.that?s he said !???????in the fast food restaurant.
The food is fine, but the staff is rude and made it an issue when they forgot parts of our order.
