I'm glad the manager lady was right there, seems like so many young people with jobs are looking for a way not to sell you The service or products that their employer provides. I ordered 16 pieces dark meat, the girl who overheard me ordering came over to tell me they can't do 16 pieces all dark.. I said okay then sell me 12, I've been to Popeyes in 20 States and never had a problem. The manager overheard all of it and walked over there and of course we can sell 16 pieces dark, You just have to wait for us to fry them. That's standard, and I don't mind waiting a little while for my favorite bird, thanks manager, that's why you the boss
Went to lunch here with some coworkers. Took 40 minutes out of my hour lunch. The food overall tasted alright for me, but one of my coworkers mentioned her chicken being a little raw. All customers there at the time were all unhappy bc of how long the wait time was. So if you're looking for fast food this is not the place to go.
I went through the drive through today and got the three piece spicy chicken and the chicken smelled rotten. I opened the box and I could smell that the chicken was bad and I tore a piece off, smelled awful. I tried to call to let them know and they put me to voicemail twice. Do not go here you’ll get sick.
the service was great and the workers were very polite it was the food for me the chicken was burnt meaning there wasn't any chicken to eat it was cooked in old grease and after waiting 25mins the only thing that was good was the beans n rice until I started feeling sick

Got fries and a sandwich. Fries weren’t even in a bag, just set on the bottom of my sandwich bag. Didn’t put lids on our drinks and didn’t give us straws. Guy was rude and almost dropped our food. Never coming here again!
Nothing like being screamed at by the drive thru attendant. Or listening to the manager scream at their employees while in the drive thru waiting on hit food
I placed a big order, and they nailed it! The staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. I highly recommend this Popeyes.
Service is extremely slow. Staff is very, very rude. You’re lucky if you get what you actually ordered.
